IMPORTANT MAS CONSOLIDATION NOTICE: New Deadline is Friday September 27 at Midnight

Dear Winvale clients,

Yesterday afternoon, Stephanie Shutt, GSA’s MAS Director, updated the submission deadline for all new offers prior to GSA’s new Consolidation Schedule. To avoid eOffer system issues, we are advising to all clients that we submit new Schedule offers under the current Solicitation by midnight on Friday, September 27th. The Consolidated Solicitation will be released on October 1, however, Ms. Shutt mentioned the GSA eOffer system will be down for maintenance from September 28th to October 1st in order to make technical updates and switch to the new Solicitation requirements.

Ms. Shutt also reaffirmed GSA’s goal to process (reject or award) every offer submitted before September 28th under the current Solicitation before January 2020. This means Schedule offers that could normally take 12 months to award (such as PSS) may take as little as 3 months.
