The DoD officially introduced the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification on January 31, 2020. The CMMC was created to verify contractors of the Defense Industrial Base are operating with effective cyber hygiene. In order to be awarded future DoD contracts, all organizations will need to prove their required level of cyber maturity.
In this webinar, we will discuss the newly released CMMC 1.0, as well as discuss a solution SMBs can use to quickly comply and achieve good cyber hygiene. Small businesses need solutions to be affordable, practical and secure in order to be continuously compliant prior to CMMC 3rd party audits.
In addition to answering questions from attendees, this webinar will address common questions like:
- What's new with CMMC 1.0?
- What are the implications of the CMMC in 2020?
- What is the timeline for CMMC implementation?
- How do I prepare right now?
- What practical solutions exist today?
- How will my organization become certified?
This webinar is intended for professionals of all industries and varying levels of cyber security knowledge, including:
- Contracting Professionals
