Good news for Professional Services contractors--GSA is looking to add new domains to their OASIS+ contracting vehicle supporting their Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories (PSHC). On June 17, 2025, GSA released a Request for Information (RFI) to open Phase II of the vehicle and develop evaluation criteria for five new domains. OASIS+ provides government buyers with non-IT services and includes small business set-asides. Since the RFI responses are due soon on July 8, let's review what OASIS+ is and how your business may be able to benefit from this vehicle.
